For me, it was finding a listening to music and interviews by women whose work you enjoy. I have often been drawn to women with lower voices, and it definitely helped with voice training.

For instance, a few artists I adore named Emma Ruth Rundle and Julie Byrne have rather ‘low’ pitched speaking voices.

    Thanks, that's a great idea!

    I have a ton of women singers I like who I think are in the lower range.

    I'll also check those two out

    Only other advice is make it fun. :) I love music and did so much voice training practice singing along to artists whose voices I love in my car.
