Health anxiety peaking for sure. I have convinced myself I have cancer.
Cw Discussion of medical issues, genitals
spoiler
So I have genital warts. I think they might be spreading. Today I look at the underside of my penis and like a quarter of the skin has some strange growth on it... Horrifying. Is this some kind of cancer? I felt some pain and tightness before I even noticed this thing.Weird side effects though is like "what if I have to get my penis cut off... Oh I'll just get free bottom surgery. That's kinda exciting??". Weird thoughts. This is surely just anxiety though

Cancer doesn't just show up so quickly or overnight. It's generally a long process, and the problem is usually the opposite. People don't notice anything, so it grows until it's too late. You should see a doctor if you're feeling nervous, but it's not cancer.I've also though about having testicular cancer, having to get them removed, and just transitioning because "oh well, I don't have a choice, I guess"
Totally normal cis thought lol
Shoutouts to health anxiety... shoutouts to convincing yourself that you have a deadly illness... could not be me...
Psssh, I never did this. Never ever.
