MODERATORS
had the nausea at least last week (still have covid, different symptoms though) ... ginger + lemon tea helped me when i was toilet hugging, but i was eating like a couple hundred calories for a few days there. i was taking tylenol every 4 hours religiously and eating as soon as it kicked in as the nausea would get bad when the dose was wearing off. also, i found taking 2 500mg tylenol at 11pm and 3am led to me being able to sleep ok, almost felt normal. (note that there's a daily max for tylenol you don't want to exceed, 4g according to the bottle i have, so that's a total of 8 500mg tablets)
