Isn't Fetterman from Pennsylvania? I'm not that good on amerikkka geography, but I don't think that's the Midwest.

Its an edge case. East Pennsylvania is east coast and western Pennsylvania is midwest imo.

Accurate. Pennsylvania is oddly Midwestern-coded. Some dude from Wisconsin or Indiana could move there with minimal culture shock.
