Does everything need to be federated? I don't quite see the appeal of a 'federated' Wikipedia. It's not really social-oriented and you can already export all the pages and rehost it yourself.

Wow, that title's approaching light novel length haha

The problem with a nuclear solution like that is that some sites use query parameters as actual query parameters. Like DuckDuckGo.

I noticed that I already had waypoints unlocked in Fontaine despite never having traveled there. Is that normal? I'm assuming it's for convenient access to the events.

It's little disappointing though because I had been running through the dunes of Sumeru for the first time just to reach Fontaine, then I check the map and realize that I could've just fast traveled. Kinda cheapens the exploration.

I've never played with inverted controls before (other than in planes) on PC, so I'm curious โ€” what's the benefit?

Same, got burned out and I haven't played in over a year. The only reason I hopped on last week was to roll for her โ€” haven't played since.

Afaik there's only the original Japanese dub. To be honest, I also prefer sub over dub, but I think having the option to listen in English would be super cool.

Scheduled to release on January 30, 2024. Doesn't look like there's an English dub sadly.

I was looking through the mapping software listed in the Minecraft wiki when I came across Little A Map.

Most mapping software (e.g. Dynmap and Squaremap) obsoletes maps that you can make from the cartography table by rendering their own.

Little A Map takes a different approach to mapping: instead, it pieces together every map you make in-game. Whatever zoom level you made your map determines the quality of the map displayed by the program. It also supports showing banners (along with names, too), so you can mark waypoints without ever leaving the game.

If you want a map to share with friends online, but also want to preserve the mystery of exploration, I think this would be an interesting program to check out.

Exactly what I thought when I saw that title.

For reference.

NERV? Like the agency from Evangelion? I'm not too familiar with any other abbreviation than that haha.
