mix of good and bad. i've been having some successes recently in the romantic realm, i've got some dates planned which has definitely provided some source of joy in my life. but overall, i haven't been sleeping at all the last few days and recent events have been making me so increasingly hateful and angry at the evil capitalist system that it genuinely brings me down all day. the days are blurring into one and everywhere i go i feel enraged.

absolutely love batushka. their sound is super unique within black metal and honestly i think works super well in the genre (with the orthodox style church singing and all that). just be mindful of the two batushkas, there was some conflict between some of the members and one member took over the band or something and pushed the singer out. this was after liturgiya, their first album. he does his own thing, a different batushka with an album called panihida, which i think is much better than the other batushka's stuff.

if the openly fascist american politicians (the republicans. the democrats are fascists as well, but they are more about silently enabling the republicans in their evil actions) have their way, they will institute systematic ways to strip LGBTQ+ people of their dignity and freedoms first, and then begin actions that will kill us off. states banning hormone therapy are already examples of policies meant to begin killing off trans people. its the same process worldwide honestly.
squad allows you to play as local insurgent militias against the US or UK in a very tactical setting with a huge map. you can strap IEDs to vehicles and do all sorts of cool stuff. the game also allows you to play as the PLA and PLA marines sometimes, which is also super cool.
on local and state matters i do. for the president i do not, especially next year. i don't think my vote matters for the president whatsoever, that decision has already been made by the capitalists and they'll get whoever serves their interests best for the next 4 years. locally, i feel like my vote actually has some kind of sway.
sure, when people are in a relationship the main issue is just other people's discomfort, but i have found that the real problems lie in the breakup that happens. i have seen entire organizations crumble over a single nasty breakup because of the ensuing polarization that happens when that drama gets in the way of all the professionalism and organizing. for that reason, i've always found it bad practice and a little selfish to date within orgs.
i don't really care about specific ideological affiliation, agreeing on specific topics is more important to me. for instance, i don't really care what they align themself with, so long as we are on the same page about AES. i don't want to have to hide or bicker about my support for existing revolutionary socialist movements. if they happen to be an ML as well, that's cool too.
well it's not certain how many leftists TRULY support them. what people say cannot be taken as accurate because anything remotely close to supporting "terrorism" can ruin your life or even land you in prison. so there's no telling how many leftists are just putting up that facade because of the potential for government repression.
