Hamas isn't one organization. It's a collection of multiple groups with different views and goals. Some are Islamic, some are Christian, some are non-religious and even communist. Their shared goals are combating colonialism and imperialism.
While queer people are mostly viewed negatively in Gaza and The West Bank (the latter have more progressive views) there is very little violence against them compared to other countries in the region or even the West. There is still harm being done to them but also can't be tied to any particular group.
