The crazy thing is, women's bathrooms are all stalls. It's not like the Terf lady would see anything unless she really tried

Idk how it is for other industries, but we Software Engineers usually get a system where the ranks are Junior, Regular and Senior.

Junior is the Entry level position, I've never seen a company around here be super unreasonable with the requirements. The max they ask for is some personal experience with some specific tech stacks and general willingness to learn new stuff. They know it's silly to ask for any work experience at that level and know that any hire will need quite a lot of support.

As others have said, it's usually the Midsole foam going flat that causes the issues. That usually happens long before any wear is visible. I used to do 600-800km in regular running shoes. After that, knee and hip pain set in pretty predictably.

But changing shoes twice a year is super annoying, so I've switched to barefoot shoes. Those don't have a midsole to begin with, so you can wear them until they literally fall apart. My current pair of Xero Shoes is on about 2k km or so and still going strong!

Yeah, Parkside is Lidl's in-store "Building goods" brand, it's very recognizable by their green-red color scheme. I can imagine people at least ironically like it enough to get branded stuff.

"Fan edition" just means that it has the Parkside Logo across the side. Which for a folding rule is pretty mild. I'm way more concerned about the guy who's next to the rule in the current store magazine, he's sporting the full Parkside Shirt/Shorts combo:

Well why would you even need machines if a Mentat can describe images of cats to you instead

If ya can't fix your diet within a single day, then a single day of eating off-track won't break it. Just don't let it make you spiral and you'll be fine
