So beta branch is their development branch. But who is doing the testing and where? If they have automated testing, the coverage sucks and they need better regression testing and to ideally follow test driven development where they add tests for every bug they fix.

Do you want to run on beta to see if they fixed some issue you have, but they broke something else that’s not broken on mainline? I’ve been there, done that. The reason there’s so many fixes lately is because they’re gearing up for Deckard release. I see no evidence that their development and testing practices have changed, and they need to or we’ll be right back where we were for the last several years of minor update breaking something major and not fixing it for months/ years.

I won’t ever trust valve with VR until they change their development practices. They push out untested changes. Things sit broken for days, weeks, years. Where the fuck is the testing?

the 6B actives should easily fit into an 8GB card

That’s not how MoE models work. There are many “expert’ models and there is a static router model (dense) which determines which “expert” models to route the tokens through. What you want at a minimum is the dense portion of the model to be on VRAM and all of the weights to be in RAM/VRAM for best performance.

I drove to the lab, waited in line, gave them my information and waited. When called back, I reviewed the labs and noted one was missing. I left and called my doctor’s office to get the lab work sent over. Then I checked some emails and waited. After a while I went back inside and waited in line again and this time they had the lab work. I had my blood drawn then left. Then I drove home.

Ahoy mateys, I’ve sailed the docs and rode the forums but I need some help on how best to rip and encode a 3D BRD. I’ve managed to use ffmpeg to create a kind of SBS video but it’s wrong and there’s a green bar between the feeds. What is the magic sauce I’m missing? Makemkv is what I used to rip.

Anyone have some one-liners or tips in the documentation that don’t suck?
