While some parts of this could be seen as a bailout to some of the companies, it is also true that they are building houses for people that already bought them. According to the article they will also cut interest rates on mortgages, which is good for people with a difficult financial situation and "On Saturday, finance ministry officials also announced measures to prop up the property sector, allowing local governments to use funds from special bonds to buy unsold homes and idle land." This seems to also be a good development as the government itself takes back control of some of its land. Instead of a bailout where the government buys debt, they are buying houses and land (that, according to the article, has gone down in price) which is obviously much better.

Looks like unfortunately a conservative party got the most votes.

To be fair though, I did not expect a communist party to get 20% of the votes anywhere in Europe, so it looks like something might actually be happening in Belgium ? Or is Antwerp like a very left place unlike the rest of the country ?

Also I like that the guy who won said "Freedom has won, prosperity has won". Like... Freedom and prosperity for whom ? For some reason I'm going to guess he secretly meant corporations and rich people.

Recently I bought the game and my first city is a complete mess. I cannot figure out how train traffic lights work, like, at all. But at least my citizens say they are happy and health is pretty good. So maybe I'm actually nailing it and trains traffic lights are bourgeoise decadence.
"Under communism train will all run on their own separate tracks because otherwise it's too hard"

This emoji could be one of the funniest bits if we use it correctly. It has infinite potential.

They were created as a CIA operation to terrorize the local Italian-American population into submission. They were used to mentally assault and bully Italian working people within the USA to make them comply to the will of the state.

They do make it on the official YouTube if you are not in the US.
They publish the full episodes on YouTube for people that can't have access to them legally.
