Oh, Scrum has a manifesto now? Where is it?

Or you meant the Agile manifesto, that Scrum breaks half the items and does nothing about the other half?

Scrum is not about any of the things that Scrum proponents claim it's about.

Specifically, it's not about agility, it's not about velocity, it's not about quality, it's not about including the "customer", and it's only about a kind of transparency that has absolutely no impact on the final product.

But yeah, it's about some kind of transparency.

How?

If he plans to buy a golden card to flee Russia, he would prefer hist destination to be a stable country. If he plans on using the US as military support, he would prefer it to stay reasonably rich, as long as it doesn't also help his enemies... And Canada and Mexico are not on the Russian list of enemies (or at least not until recently, Canada probably is now).

But somehow, ext4 passes under the radar and gets into nearly every embedded device.

This is something that only the Judiciary can declare (by failing to do anything), so I think it takes more than a few weeks.

But the Executive sure is working towards it.

I get the impression that ext4 is more widely supported than exFAT.

Nah, if you are deleting everything on your PC, you'd better report it as 700EB or 7HB...
