I prefer 720, both for file/bandwidth reasons and for quality reasons. Once you start getting into higher quality, it starts looking like you're actually there in the room with the actors, and I don't like that. It's unsettling. I want my TV and movies to look like TV and movies.

The annoying thing about this is that automated systems (like Radarr/Sonarr) will never get notified that it's complete, then.

Yeah, same. I have a Roku account. It's not perfect, but it works.

Edit: There's gotta be a way to synchronize watched between accounts on the same server. I really need to get around to writing plugins.

One person in the torrenting connection has to have port forwarding in order for the connection to occur. When you aren't forwarding a port, you're downloading from / uploading to only people who are. If someone has something you want but neither of you are port forwarding, you won't be able to connect to them.
