I came from JavaScript NodeJS and Python.

I’ve learnt Elixir and it seems like it’s packed with lots of features/patterns.

What lang would be ergonomic you’d say?

Having tasted the syntax from both, I’d say Elixir is awesome. But it’s true that Elixir is niche.

Does anyone know any iOS Lemmy clients with the Post feature? Please share your rec.

I have used Voyager and a few others, but they don't support posting, only reading and commenting.

I'm looking to self-host a GitHub alt on a cheap Linux VPS for personal use. Any rec?

I'd like to have my own server at home sorta like a home AWS.

How to set up one and make it available to anyone over the Internet? What tech specs should I buy (RAM, CPU, # of cores, operating system, etc.)?

How much does it cost to keep one running all the time?
