I can't believe that this is even being heard and not tossed out of court immediately as a water of the court's time.

Eh, that was 100% foreseeable. Republicans always circle the wagons, and defend everything no matter how deranged or heinous.

Don't even need to go to Temu. There's dozens of options on Amazon.

Don't forget the mercury.

20+ years in various customer facing roles has shown me that customers rarely know what they're talking about. And they are not capable of reading either. The size of any sign is inversely proportional to their ability to even notice it exists.

Don't forget adding additional surface area for security vulnerabilities. Does the off switch prevent a zero day attack via that code? Of course not.

They've barely even done that in the latest group of documents. It's almost like this dump was rushed to distract from something else that's also bad and they currently have run out of bullshit to distract with. Trying to flood the news so nothing in particular gets a lot of airtime/views.

Apologist? Far from it. Nothing in that explanation was trying to justify the shit show we're in. It is about clarifying something because someone is posting bullshit because of a clear lack of experience with the topic. The scenario in question isn't new, this shit has been going on for years. Anyone in a border region with native or Hispanic friends could tell you that. No one gave a shit until a couple white people got murdered, like always.

Your assumption here shows you don't actually intend to engage anyone seriously anyway, regardless of what you want to claim. It's also clear you've likely never really interacted with border patrol beyond maybe in an airport. You can go ahead back under your rock and continue to post misinformation, intentional or not, if you prefer.

But "During the border patrol stop" suggests an international border was crossed.

No, a border patrol stop is never at the border. That would just be going through a border/checkpoint.

It's someone being stopped by border patrol somewhere in their jurisdiction because they suspect something. And they don't really need a reason. Border and Customs issues have a lot of exceptions to the normal requirements, even before the recent shit.

Sure fuck ice was bleeped but it's still getting out.

The Grammys are broadcast on CBS. Broadcast TV has to follow FCC rules about profanity. Not bleeping fuck would mean pretty hefty fines, and IIRC those increase based on viewership. Cable and streaming services don't have to follow those same rules.

There are clips that are not bleeped, including the clip on the official Grammy Youtube channel, because that was only done for the broadcast version.

What else do you expect from LAPD? They'd be doing this regardless of the ICE stuff currently.

The LAPD never stopped doing this.

Not exactly... It's just complicated because they tried to throw everything at him.

The federal murder charge was dismissed. Which takes the death penalty off the table because there is no death penalty in New York State. There's still other federal and state charges pending.
