Excuse me. I brought up the episode in Daystrom while going on a tangent about the various TNG era alternate futures, focused on the uniforms but also blabbering about how Klingon relations seem to break down quite quickly in any timeline without the Dominion War (further supported by the fact that VOY:”Endgame” has a timeline with the war where relations seem still amicable).

Tried that already.

Based on the report, this seems to be an actual bug - it was working fine for everyone before the update and only happens in the presence of FluidSynth.

Ubuntu probably hasn't had this version of PipeWire yet.

My work around is working just fine for now, though.

I could understand a few across the city, but I’d say 50 miles of parkland around a city is a little excessive.

You could also probably at least partially pull off “lush” with more native species, which they don’t seem to do.

Additionally, I imagine there’s some people still enjoying desert off-roading or a newer equivalent in the 23rd and 24th century (probably with regulations, of course).

Granted, I’m a bit biased, considering I live in the Southwest and am a fan of some of the more beautiful deserts. I do hate the climate change-induced annual shattering of heat records, though. Never fun when it’s 110s out, especially when you have to walk to classes… No

Maybe they are, but those parts haven't developed yet - notice how their arms are bare. There might also be neurological differences in babies that prevent the full influence of the collective.

I agree. The only feature where I'd say it's weaker feature-wise is it doesn't have any form of virtual GPU acceleration - either you deal with software rendering or have to pass through a graphics card (I've done it, but it's not easy.).

Otherwise, I'd say it tends to run better than VirtualBox, though it's been years since I last used Vbox anyhow. A plus is Virt Manager comes in most distro repos, whereas VirtualBox doesn't. Also, it allows you to directly edit the XML, so you can do some cool stuff that would be really annoying (not impossible) to do in VirtualBox.

Yup. Always are.

Looks like it’s fixed. Yippee!

I swear it’s one of the top episodes in the franchise now.

Also, according to an okudagram shown close up by someone who worked on it, Harry is a lieutenant during Prodigy.

Not quite. Upon a Google, it looks like they are hacks, but Wayland doesn’t support programs (like the Xscreensaver daemon) blanking the screen and would need a standard to do so.

However, these screensavers are just individual binaries that the daemon executes, so although they won’t pop up automatically, you should still be able to run and enjoy them as fun little graphics demos.
