From what i've gathered, IDF conscripts are viewed as the expendables by israeli command. I suspect they'll eventually start forming independent, right wing militias to act as death squads after the invasion doesnt go as planned.

That said, IDF conscripts aren't actually expendable, and significant losses will intensify the anti-genocide movement in Israel.
