Translation: "Hello everyone, In the last few years I have created some individual music compilations (CDs + playlist / download) as birthday presents for friends & relatives. The concept is that the compilation contains one song per year from the year of birth to the current year.

The music spectrum: 🎸 🥁 The focus is on party-appropriate #rock music (#alternative #indie #crossover #grunge), then partly supplemented by the individual taste of the recipient (so far including #punk #darkwave #medieval rock (soft) #metal #pop)

The oldest ‘birthday child’ so far was born in 1956. Since I know my way around that time musically, the 90s are strongly overrepresented, while my preselection in the 50s/60s, but also in the 2010s contains only little selection / variety. Further additions are also very welcome in the 70s/80s and from 2005 onwards.

ich habe in den letzten Jahren als Geburtstagsgeschenk für Freund*innen & Verwandte einige individuelle Musikcompilations erstellt (CDs + Playlist / Download). Und zwar mit dem Konzept, dass die Compilation ab dem Geburtsjahr bis zum aktuellen Jahr einen Song pro Jahr enthält.

Das Musikspektrum: 🎸 🥁
Der Schwerpunkt ist partytaugliche #Rockmusik (auch #Alternative #Indie #Crossover #Grunge)), dann zum Teil ergänzt um den individuellen Geschmack der Beschenkten (bislang u.a. #Punk #Darkwave #MittelalterRock (Soft-)#Metal #Pop))

Hier haben auch im Fediverse schon einige bereits mit Musiktipps geholfen... u.a. hier

Das älteste "Geburtstagskind" bislang war Geburtsjahr 1956. Da ich mich in der Zeit musikalisch am besten auskenne, sind in meiner Vorauswahl die 90er Jahre stark überrepräsentiert, während die Liste in den 50er/60er, aber auch in den 2010er Jahren nur wenig Auswahl / Vielfalt enthält. Auch in den 70er/ 80er und ab 2005 sind weitere Ergänzungen sehr willkommen.

Der nächste Post enthält meine bisherige Liste (Vorauswahl) bzw. einen Ausschnitt daraus.
Ich wäre sehr dankbar für einschlägige Musiktipps und bin gespannt auf Eure Ergänzungen!

Yes, it still largely works, but the web front end is broken. It works via apps or alternative frontends, for example: https://alexandrite.app/feddit.de

The main admin of feddit.de travelled abroad a few months ago and has since disappeared . The other mods couldn't fix the errors because they don't have the password for the server administration.

However, many communities have already moved to feddit.org because it is not foreseeable whether feddit.de will work again.

von Lemmy aus kann man m.W. nur Gruppen-Accounts folgen, also Lemmy-Communitys, aber auch kbin-Magazines, Friendica-Foren, a.gup.pe-Gruppen und auch Peertube-Kanäle gehören dazu.

mit einem Lemmy-Account kann man m.W. keinem User-Account folgen. Aber mit anderen Fediverse-Accounts kann man nicht nur Communitys, sondern auch Lemmy-User-Accounts folgen und sich bei Bedarf auch benachrichtigen lassen, wenn die etwas posten. z.B. von Mastodon, Friendica etc. aus
