If this is any way true, then they need to be shut down immediately. He is not an engineer. He does not understand anything. I've heard him speak about things I know and pretend he's knows about, and it's obvious he's a moron.
Twitter servers were a benchmark in global performance up until he started fucking around with them. They were included on latency tests. The second he touched them latency tripled. Never went back down. He turned Twitter from a tech company leader into a social propaganda network worth a fraction of itself.
And nothing of value was lost
