I bought my first iPhone this year -- the 15 Pro. I am considering switching over back to Samsung when their next flagship comes out, because iPhone is unsafe to use when not on mute.
Each time I have gotten a Messenger notification while on call I had tinnitus in my ear for the next couple of minutes. I have set up an automation which lowers the ringer volume when I put on my airpods, but there is no automation possible to do the same when I pick up a call. I have submitted a bug report to Apple too. I just don't want to get tinnitus every time someone texts me when I'm on a call.
