Anything that focuses on construction is the way to go.

Hiya Toys is pushing their Kelvin line pretty hard, though they also have the license for some SNW stuff - there's an Anson Mount Pike figure available.

I think he could, and would, do exactly that, if Danielle Smith were a federal CPC candidate.

It'd be just as wrong, too.

Historically, SkyShowtime has made episodes available on a one-day delay, so July 31 is likely the date for Paramount+.

Carney was asked why the Liberal party hasn’t dropped candidate Paul Chiang for his comments about Conservative candidate Joe Tay.

“The comments were deeply offensive,” said Carney. “This was a terrible lapse of judgment by Mr. Chiang. He has apologized for those comments.”

The Liberal leader added that he spoke to Chiang over the weekend to “understand his position.”

“He is a veteran policeman,” with more than a quarter-century of service to his community, said Carney.

“He will continue with his candidacy going forward, having made those apologies very clearly to the individual, to the community, and moving forward to serve,” said Carney, adding that Chiang is a “person of integrity” who “has my confidence.”

With it being called a technical briefing, it's probably pretty benign. But...maybe it isn't?

Government of Canada representatives from the Security and Intelligence Threats to Elections (SITE) Task Force will provide a technical briefing to media, to update on the general election 45.

Liberals will boot this man from the party if what he did was actually bad and deserves a punishment.(which in this case it certainly was)

He made the comments in January. He apologized on Friday. It's now Sunday, and not a word from the party...

Sure, why not? It wasn't too long ago that Eccleston doing the audio dramas would have been considered a pipe dream.

That'd be a steep hill to climb, considering "sack Russell T Davies" was one of Eccleston's conditions to returning to DW on TV as recently as 2023...

Yet another source said the campaign has a "weird fixation" with relatively minor issues, like how the media is reporting Poilievre's rally crowd sizes. This Conservative said this should not be a concern for senior leaders like Byrne, given other issues they are grappling with.

You cannot make this up.

I have to admit, as time passes I tend to forget just how good Eccleston was in his brief run. It's good to see RTD acknowledging it, even though Eccleston seemingly wants absolutely nothing to do with him.

Honestly, I just couldn't find a Canadian news source that had run with a description of the call yet, so I figured I'd go looking for the PMO press release.
