Some weeks ago I kept thinking about how US' power rests on their control of the middle east, and how their allies in the region were getting ever stronger and accumulating heaps of Capital. I imagined that eventually their vassals could take over that power balance as history marched forward, making their own accords and decisions that could go against america, and wondered how the empire was planning to counter that.
I think this is what we're seeing now. America and the entity aim to destroy the region completely, including their powerful allies, so they can take it all and reign supreme, without the risk of their vassals cozing up to China.
I might be giving these nazis too much credit, but it is a possibility that a positive outcome of this war for the empire is that Iran and the gulf states all destroy each other enough for the entity, the US and Europe to swoop in and feast on their remains.
I am reminded of reading a Mao interview regarding WWII given at it's beginning (38, 39?), were he explains that Nazi Germany was "being used" as a hunting dog by the french and british empires to destroy Poland, the USSR and then itself in the conflict, so that they could then... Swoop in and feast on their remains.
