Nearly anything can be a euphemism if you're brave enough.

It bewilders me that such a vehicle made it out of testing and onto public roads with the sheer amount of poor design issues it has.

Aliens for sure.

Alien 3 and Alien: Ressurection are often debated as being and not being canon to the franchise.

I liked the prequels, but there are those that did not.

Alien: Romulus IMO was a good movie and worth watching at least once.

Don't forget to drink 8 fl. oz (236.5 ml) of water before you go to bed. You're body will thank you tomorrow.

Oh ok. I totally understand that logic. The prequels in your eyes took away the mystery factor.

I found it enjoyable to learn more about where they might have come from and to realize that

spoilerit's telling a cautionary tale of how androids might come to a point where they believe that logically, humans should be removed from the universe for several reasons. But it also brings up where we (as humans,) might have come from (in a sci-fi sense.) I found it fascinating to explore the layers of the interconnected story fabric(s).

Yeah, I was curious about the same thing, when I learned about the placement of the TV show on the timeline. I liked both movies. I liked the direction they were taking and the story that was being told.

It seems like that has been the consensus online.

Most likely AI. You can train generative AI to learn how to speak like just about anyone. They just need hours of recordings to do it well. How much? No idea. But a good amount for sure.
