Yea, that's definitely one of the worst aspects of AI is how confidently incorrect it can be. I had this issue using deep seek and had to turn on the mode where you can see what it's thinking and often it will say something like.

I can't analyze this properly, let's assume this.... Then confidently spits an answer out based on that assumption. At this point I feel like AI is good for 100 level CS students that don't want to do their homework and that's about it

I believe they can check if anyone at an address has voted, but not whether individual people at that address have voted.

I don't think anyone on this site will develop more as a result of watching Hasan but he is very good at communicating the information he has to the average person which is an incredibly important organizing or radicalizing skill.

Communicating theory was something I really struggled with and watching him helped a lot with that, overall his content is mainly entertainment and it should really be approached as that with the occasional education section where he will watch someone like Hakim on stream

I'm also disappointed in the responses. This was organized with little Palestine, the largest enclave of Palestinian refugees in the country and was founded by literal Nakba survivors.

Oh yea I forgot the terminally online leftist dip shit knows better how to organize than the literal survivors of an ongoing genocide.

Just head to the gym and stay away from the free weight section for now, you want to stay where the machines are to start. These machines will have body diagrams that show you how to do the exercise and will highlight the muscle groups used. They are generally organized by body parts.

For the first day you want to start with low weights do a few reps and increase the weight as needed, you want to shoot for about 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Just try to work out most everything, you will probably be incredibly sore on day 2, suck it up and go back to the gym, go very light weight and rep the soreness out. You should feel better after.

Everyone has their own workout plan that works for them. Personally I do weights 6 days a week and alternate between push and pull muscle groups daily. You need to find something that works for your body. Most people have 3 day cycles.

General tips Listen to your body, if something feels wrong stop. Stretch beforehand and afterwards Work from large muscle groups to smaller ones Ex: go from back to biceps, chest to triceps, leg press to quads.

As for anxiety issues people at the gym are there to improve themselves, people are either in their in zone with headphones on or with friend groups doing their own thing, I actually think it's one of the less judgemental places I've been too. Everyone there experienced started out fresh too.

The Sword and the Dollar is a good accounting of US and US backed attrocities during the Cold war as a way of maintaining imperialism. It pays close attention to parts of South America, from what I remember.

Honestly it was a difficult read due to how graphic and detailed the eye witness reports are. But I still consider it a must read especially for US comrades.

Also Parenti usually has lectures he gave at universities on his books uploaded to YouTube by various people. So if you are unsure on a book you can listen to him give an about one hour summary of it by just searching the name on YouTube
