Lol relevant Unabomber quotes. Good ol' Lemmy
Smith noted her government had signed an agreement with Ottawa worth $24 billion over 10 years to uphold the principles of the Canada Health Act. "That means that you cannot charge to access insured services. If that's what [Marda Loop is] doing, they will be shut down, they will be fined, [or] we will withhold payments to them. So it won't be allowed to happen," Smith said.
Weird. This seems like a normal thing for a normal premier to say. Not what I expected from her when this story broke.
I've never heard of this Keith Geiren, based on this one article he doesn't seem to be a completely frothing at the mouth/privatize everything/typical postmedia opinion writer.
Interesting peek at the org structure of the CBC here.
So over in the UK, the BBC said they're moving to digital only, there's a plan in place to make that transition in the future.
Catherine Tait, CEO of CBC, gave an interview where she said CBC will do the same thing and also complained about PP complaining about the CBC.
Nobody else had heard this yet, so other managers and the union representing CBC employees and CBC listeners (especially seniors) are complaining preemptively in case this turns from Tait's basically thinking out loud into an actual policy.
Guess not 🤷
Not that I care, this is going on my Epic pile of unplayed free games.
Rocksmith uses a real guitar and purports to teach you how to play... Not really like Rock band.
I agree, especially if they accept expired results for citizenship but not for permanent residency.
What is a better way to compare server performance in this context? (Actually curious, sincerely asking)
Oooh cited sources and all. I like you.
Why's that? Seems like a moderately clever way to make their point and make some noise.

Welp my ol' boomer dad always said no Christmas shit before December, decorations, music, etc.
But my kids asked me to set up the tree in the middle of November. So I figure might as well make them happy.
And as it happened, my dad died of cancer in his 40s so it's not like his Christmas rules did him any good any way.
Whattaya gonna do 🤷♂️
