This phone was bought brand new by myself in the UK and worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago....

Despite working perfectly it would not update to the latest IOS - I tried various times but it always got stuck on 'verifying update'

After calling Apple support, they asked me to update using a cable which failed and then to restore the phone by wiping it to factory settings - This also failed and has left me with a device in recovery mode.

They then sent me to the Apple store to try and recover using a Macbook Pro - this also failed at around 33% of the way through the IOS install with Error 9 - the same error I was getting on my Windows Laptop.

Please help me.

Go to a 3rd party store that is experts in microsoldering and let them fix it

I have a 15 pro that’s natural titanium and the MacBook has a lighter white as what I’ve seen

My 15 pros had this this both would show it’s connected to my home WiFi but not show the symbol I’ve done everything and it only works sometimes but it stops I’m going to go apple soon with both phones if it continues it’s a massive inconvenience

Sometimes when I have setup Apple devices the FMI feature is turned off and I have to manually turn it on

Get the phone blacklisted and report it stolen AT&T should be able to do it if Apple or best buy give the imei or serial number

Put it into lost mode
