Anyone else just skip to the end to see if it was a troll?
I just kept thinking, yeah right 😅
Anyone else feel like giving fascists power makes us kinda like stupid af?
Idk, can't help but see how pathetic it is to consider this something to be proud of. It's like saying, "see, I finished everything on my plate!" when your plate was full of trash and shit when you relatively early could've said I'm not eating that /
I mean, Harris and the Dems didn't even try, like seriously. Getting Beyonce and all the other celebrities our fellow moronic Americans already see as members of the illuminati is not trying, it's literally the opposite
I mean, they spent $50m+ in fuckin Ohio! We lost fuckin Georgia while they were jerking off Cheney's and trying to convince white folks in the suburbs not to be who they are
It's legit insane to see the party straightup abandon working class demographics. Then again, this is the same party that now literally spends millions of dollars each primary on getting votes for Republican politicians
lol. It's funny cause we're supposed to pretend the alternatives would've been better (i.e. Clinton, McCain, or Romney)
I keep seeing this BS getting spread so here's an actual quote from one of the justices on the SC.
Sotomayor warned that the ruling "will have disastrous consequences for the Presidency and for our democracy" and that it sends the message: “Let the President violate the law, let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends.”
She added, “Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”
I have no idea why so many people from the reddit/lemmy demographic feel compelled to downplay and "well akshully" this shit. People should be in the streets burning shit right now. Or we could just wait and see, I guess
Sure, if by "get over" you mean support legislation to heavily regulate the use of plastic packaging. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what we do, as long as it's more cost effective to continue to use plastic, companies will.
I love the new up/downvote colors but when I swipe on a comment to upvote it's still orange/purple. Anyway to make that match the new upvote color?
This app is great! Keep it up!

Screw that! Don't listen to this person, they're just a simulation trying to prevent you from seeing what's really really real
