I met just one 50+ year old Uyghur lady in Switzerland, who was quick to point out she was oppressed in China and that “they aren’t even allowed to learn their language at school”.

She couldn’t get staffed on any project because, officially, her language skills were pretty bad, but she complained to me that she is being discriminated against, because “she is from China”.

Not a year later, her Swiss employers fired her and I sincerely doubt she had much success afterwards.

The subject of "unknown" old museum piece Soviet drone carrying unexploded ordnance, striking the capital city of Croatia (small ex-Yugoslav republic, now a NATO member), Zagreb, in March 2022 was again reignited, because a visiting NATO general said Russia definitely didn't launch that drone.

Ukraine keeps denying they launched it, even though literally everyone knows they absolutely did. The very EU/US bootlicking, center-right Croatian government is still trying to cover up the whole incident.

Funnily enough, the ancient Soviet drone a flew a few minutes over Romania, then 40 minutes over Hungary, and another 7 minutes over Croatia...all NATO member countries, without anyone doing anything about it. Hungarians not even bothering to let anyone know about it.

Note that for pro-war “Russia is losing more” etc. comments in that article, NYT is quoting Frederick Kagan, of the infamous neocon Kagan family, Victoria “Cookie Monster” Nuland married into (for another also neocon Kagan brother), while Institute for the Study of War is “ultra-hawkish” neocon “think-thank” of which another Kagan, Kimberly Kagan, is the president of.

They are all quite literally far-right fascist Project for the new American Century psychos. Thank you liberal NYT for bringing us their valuable opinions.

Yeah, but imagine the Chinese communist delegation landing in Washington in this Sci-Fi plane, while Americans watch and begin to think they have been lied to by their elites all along...oh yes, it's going to be worth every drop of that fuel.

“Hillary Clinton. What a sick son of a removed. The whole fucking party. A bunch of removed, Lowlives, Jew-haters and lowlives. Every one of ‘em. Every one of ‘em,” Rosenberg said.

So, the Democrats back the Zionists unconditionally, even when they are genociding people, and even when it hurts their election result, and the Zionists still despise them, from Netanyahu and this guy, to probably regular Joe Zionist in Israel. There must be a word for that...

They are calling the concentration camp a "humanitarian bubble". I can't...I just can't...

Do you know which German media? It's stated nowhere in the Tweet, nor the name of the politician. There's no sauce whatsoever...

I watched this already and I can't help to notice how Jeffrey Sachs sounds like a normal human being who regardless of his lib status and past "transgressions", seems to be genuinely interested in human cooperation and betterment, while Mearsheimer sounds like a freaking "We'll if I don't steal it, someone else will!" ghoul.

Even with the biggest ancap America fan ever in charge, the US is losing Argentina to China lol.

Frustrated with US, Argentina’s Milei seeks rapprochement with China

In a television interview this week, Milei described China as a "very interesting commercial partner" and said he was "positively surprised by China" - a stark contrast to his earlier rhetoric, in which he referred to China as an "assassin" state while vowing to prioritise relations with Western allies.

Oops sorry for the repost, but topic got locked. Could someone please help me analyze this Foreign Policy article about China allegedly occupying a significant part of Bhutan? There's a lot of stones thrown in this article at China, I can't even find on usually anti-Chinese Wikipedia. Article once misleadingly mentions "Tibetans" but it seems it's talking about the few percent of "free-Tibet" crowd. China and Bhutan don't even have their borders defined, but article suggest that China is invading Bhutan, etc... Thanks.

I used to live in actual socialism and can tell you with 100% accuracy, there's enough resources for everyone to live in a small apartment instead of some "SRO", even in poor countries. SRO or the streets is a false dilemma.
