I just hope (foolishly) that with the current hype that it's AI will be a focus. I hate that because it cheats things that would work on me don't work on the AI etc.

It would be really cool if they made an API for the game so people could build their own AI

And taste worse...

A policy! And I thought they were just campaigning on "we're not the Tories"!?

This is more just confirming a rough policy they have had for ages right? Just let the contracts age out and take them over when they do?

I do wonder if just allowing the operators to actually compete on the same lines might help though (within reason)

Those boys are going to eat so many visor strips. Wouldn't be surprised if the red bulls use a in cockpit bin instead

A lot of Iceland uses municipal hot water/heating, so this means that they may not be able to heat their houses properly. (although I don't think its that bad currently)

I can't obviously see it there, I do think its a bit stupid, but I would have thought that Toms Hardware wouldn't have bitten the onion? Or have they gone downhill that far?

I'm away over Christmas so most of my posts will be reposts from Reddit instead of finding (some) new stuff.

Someone on Reddit complained about the Elend representation in my last post, so here is a better one (hopefully)

Kinda acceptable if you have a slow release cadence. Everything needs to be reviewed and fixed/accepted (with defect/US raised) before production though.

Needs to be in a smaller team with decent Devs too though!

The BBC (British Broadcasting Company) has its own masterdon server it is experimenting with: https://social.bbc/about

It's cool they have their own top level domain, they should use it more!

I will believe it when I see it....

I'm doing #[InjectFeeling('good'|'bad')] thanks. Looking forward to #[injectActivity(#Random)] later.

...eh, had to get up early to help with a deployment. Have a meeting with HR to try to get out of the 4 days in office stupidity they are pushing....Meeting up with friends after work though, so not all bad

So to be clear here, no one party has a majority, so it would have to be a coalition.

Even then, they don't have a big enough majority to overturn a presidential veto.

I think you are getting confused between geostationary orbit and legrange points.

Geostationary orbit is just the narrow band where you can have a stable orbit at the same speed as the earth's rotation (so it stays in the same place in the sky) no other gravitational bodies involved.
