Hello Boozilla, I had a couple weeks to reflect and I realize I overreacted . Sorry about that. Cheers to you.
Recently I stumbled upon a weather app that provides what I need:
- Displays current temperature in the status bar AND updates it (other apps I tried would not update it unless I manually opened the app)
- Offers a widget that I can actually resize to fit the right spot on my home screen.
- Actually updates the widget without me having to manually refresh it.
- Displays the weather in my notifications list
- Lets me turn off any features I don't need.
- Lets me customize what information is displayed in what order.
- Let's me pick the weather data source
- No ads
- Free
As a bonus, it has a beautiful visual design
It's called Weawow, and I found it on the play store after trying several other weather apps over the past few months.
Now I just glance at my phone and have the info I need.
