Okay, which hentai was this inspired by?
Edit: Out of scientific curiosity, of course.

Seems to be an organizational thing, at least some who try to work with- or are part of the Gnome Foundation mentioned this. Apparently KDE e.V. got a way more flexible structure with work groups, easier ways to propose changes etc. while Gnome gets awfully stuck with their panel/council structure (not sure which one is the right word in english).
When mentioning the problems with extensions (rather furiously since I just lost some work again and installed KDE) I was told both: Go on an create a PR, but also that "this was discussed and a panel decided against changing anything". Obviously no one will waste dozens, if not hundreds of hours of their time even just creating a Proof-of-Concept for sth. like an extension API if some authority already decided that nothing is supposed to be done about it.
As long as your Gnome environment can't gracefully crash without taking absolutely everything with it (like with KDE or other DEs) there's no way in hell anyone should use Gnome on computers where actual work is being done, let alone something critical.
He must've copied it from gay tourists who did it in front of him! Surely it's just a show of completely non-sexual dominance. They're just really good friends. /s
Love how this meme once again shows a Linux terminal command (that only works on specific distros) instead of what most users would want (which would work on almost any user-friendly distro), the button in the File Manager to add the network share to your left sidebar.
Somehow people still believe CLI commands are superior, meanwhile people who just want to get Linux-unrelated shit done (that isn't IT-related either) don't understand what exactly happens here and won't be able to permanently add the share to their file browser this way. Y'know, the way most people would use it in their daily workflow.
Where Apple fails in proper software integration, Linux fails in feature communication. Instead of properly integrating features (Apple) or providing/focusing on doing things intuitively and accessibly (Linux), both want the user to start thinking their way. And I fucking hate it, it prevents Linux from becoming more popular.
No, of course not. The accident eats all the light I'd need for that.
Wrong OS, that's Windows.
Since Pipewire came around that means. Before… well… let's not talk about the collective Pulseaudio trauma.
I thought this comic was super racist and got confused about the upvotes. Then I read the comments.
I'm way too European for this shit.
Looks like Mufasa though.
Dude, that one got a spy built-in! Direct telemetry to god.
XDG? OpenDesktop? Dunno what that is, time to dump everything into ~/.myawesomeapp
It's a US "non-profit". One that demands 19$ per article which they merely provide as aggregator, they don't own shit.
Utterly absurd.
This meme couldn't have been made by a German. Nobody in their right mind would say something so outlandish as Germany having a great education system. I literally got taught with a smashed blackboard, next to a cabinet that collapsed during class and with "books" that began identifying as a stack of papers (still had to wrap them though for protection! …somehow!).
On the upside, my school didn't have mold… that we knew off. And we constantly had classes canceled since there weren't enough teachers once a single one was missing.
