Maybe someone should consider doing effort post after things have calmed down a bit on how everything that can went wrong, did went wrong in the stupidest struggle session yet.

Just keeping a record of hexbear week where decade happened and perhaps to look back and laugh on the dumbness of it all in the future.

An admin has confirmed it wasn't the one who we all assumed

Yeah most are pointing at the failure of admin and mods but feel like the wild speculation and bad-faith interpretation of every response from admins contributed in the struggle spiraling out of control.

Then there was someone (perhaps arouge mod)? making alts and harassing users that was adding fule to fire. The ban-bit which might have been intended to release some pressure got a mini-blowback.

You know how learning how to read can help to be better writer? Same principles. If you know how people analysis a story, you could structure it in a a way so the reader can reach the conclusion you intended and not be stranded and confused.

If you want to add some depth to your game with philosophy, the very end of Elementary principles of philosophy contains a section on 'dialectical method of analysis' of literary works. Try to reverse-engineer the process to structure your game/story for a proper development of the story.

Even Leninism is getting co-opted now (copybookcourt.substack.com)

Some tagline worthy stuff in here,

purpose of Leninism as establishing Communism in Russia

According to him[Lenin], socialism was simply too complicated for the average worker to understand and therefore class consciousness could only come from the educated intelligentsia.

Lenin’s vanguard party would be made up of socialist intellectuals that would bring on the revolution even if the workers did not want it and if Russia was not ready for it according to orthodox Marxism.

Before anyone accuses me of being a fervent Communist, I still do think that the triumph of the Bolsheviks was a great tragedy that broke Russia in more ways than one, and she still has not recovered.

besides the Bolsheviks, are the sons of liberty in the American Revolution, the Bonapartists in the French one, the SPD in the early Weimar Republic and the NSDAP in the late, and finally modern Progressivism is also a Vanguardist movement.

The socialists relied on the workers who have had enough of capitalism, while Trump, the AfD, the FN, etc. Relies on millions of voters coming out to vote because they have had enough of inflation, immigration, and “wokeness“.

without a complex ideology, the movement will only attract naïve commoners who are genuinely devoted to the cause, and clever opportunist politicians and grifters who see an opportunity, but do not believe in the movement.

Therefore, I propose the application of Vanguardist principles, of Leninist principles, to the modern right wing.
