I switched because Microsoft just keeps getting worse and worse, and I like having complete control over my system. And limiting the amount of my data going out.
Linux in general uses much less system resources than windows, and I like being able to easily change my workflow (desktop environment, window manager, etc).
I came here to say that as well. Or, as @vd1n says, mushrooms. It really helps remind you that the world is wondrous, and even after it's over, it makes it easier to see the joy in everything.
Fixed rate fine based penalties for "crimes" really bother me. Not that I have a better solution, but that is inherently unfair.
Yeah, the maintenance can be a pain, but it does add value, and it is pretty satisfying to improve things.
That is true, I do quite like that rule.
I really like railjack, I think it is very fun. That being said, it is difficult to get into, as the tutorial is not great, and it takes a while to improve your railjack to the point that it is fun to use. But once you have put the resources in and gotten your railjack built out, it is very rewarding and cool gameplay.
Renting a house/appartment vs. owning is a pretty big one, same with renting vs owning most things.
