For me, it is always when someone asks me a question which answer could easily have been retrieved through their phone online. You're meaning to tell me, that what you have in your pocket, is not some form of gateway to information that can answer anything you're curious about at just about anywhere?

So you go and bother me instead, whom for all I care, could just lie to you or to be honest, admit that I don't know everything. Because that's what your god damn phone is for now and has been for a while now. Go use it, stop nagging me, I know when to use it when I want to know something, I don't go around bugging people and asking stupid questions.

Is it just Trump though?

For years, coal miners have always gotten the shit end of the stick.

I mean, Republicans cast everybody aside. Soldiers are sent to die for them. Hell, it took decades for the combination efforts of those involved with 9/11 from policemen, firefighters, EMTs .etc to get things done for them, all dragged by Republicans.

Everyone is expendable under Republican rule because the only kind of people who matter to them are corporate executives.

This is how the human extinction will happen and it won't be epic.

It'll be because of plastic.

I've always wondered this. Like, are the people predicting hard as to who'll win? And how the hell do they make all of the shirts and hats that the winning team will celebrate by wearing just in time that they won the big trophy by?

Have other teams gotten things made for them once they got far in like the NBA Finals, the World Series or so but when they lost, they had to discard the made hats and shirts?

How does any of this work?

You need to stop doing this thing called generalizing, which is what you're doing. You're assuming that there are NO good games released in what, 5 years? 10 years? When there already has been. The problem is you, you looking in the wrong areas and it also sounds like you're relying on AAA gaming development to deliver something for you which you need to stop expecting them to. They're on autopilot, in which, they don't care what you think.

Also, some people are recommending good games and there you are shooting them down because you're being prissy. Maybe the other problem is you just being too picky.

I think the Nobel Peace prize has lost a lot of merit over the years. It still finds a way to go to those who're deserving. But then we have people like Obama, Kissinger, Yasser Arafat and the EU in 2012 that wound up with that has put a dent in its legitimacy and legacy.

All in my life, a recurring theme has always happened. That I am the one always punished at my expense over the offenses by others caused onto me.

It is always online and offline and it's such bullshit. I've gotten banned multiple times, but it was because of someone else and I simply retaliated. I've gotten penalized at work or other things IRL over matters in which the scales weighed towards the other who committed the offense or was the one instigating but the conclusion always fell onto me.

I've gotten singled out, I've gotten cameras put on me, I've gotten prioritized, I've gotten shifted here and there. I was not born a violent, antagonizing and instigating person.

But overtime? As these kinds of things piled on and on and on, it has coursed me to be that way, even when I didn't want to. Because what good is being a pacifist, passive and peacemaker when you're going to be faulted anyways and even if you have gone lengths to prove your innocence or go through the appropriate channels of authority to do the right thing and you're going to be punished anyways. What's the point?

I humbly believe the age structure goes a little like this:

You spend your baby years, toddler years, preschool/kindergarden years being absolutely innocent and full of wonder.

You spend your teenage years, gathering ideas about the world around you and starting to figure it all out.

You spend your young adolescent years, getting a better grasp of the world around you and understanding. You experience more of what life has to offer you at these stages, better or worse.

You spend your next couple decades of your adolescent years, the 30s and 40s, presumably digging your heels on careers you've found worthwhile to pursue or you're just juggling things the best you can in ways you only know how.

By the time you reach the 50s and then on, thoughts on retirement settle in, thoughts about how you're going to land your life during the wind down period settle in too. You could still be continuing your goals and ambitions through this point, but this kind of thinking will be coming up more frequently. This is technically the point where your life is just all but mostly over.

Because by the time you enter 60s, you're wearing down, you get concerned as to how you're going to make it even longer should you be able to, who's going to take care of you, what things around your life are you going to settle with and so much more.

Then even further, you're just waiting for death to come take you because there is barely anything to look forward to. You think it's going to be as simple as just kicking back in a nursing home and having as much ice cream as you want watching tv, well, very few people get that opportunity. Other old people, who've already made it in their younger years, are just finding ways to extend their lives because they can afford nearly anything.

Aside from criminals and oblivious people who carelessly disregard the things they do that would later have warrants issued for their arrest. Why isn't there any system in place that notifies people whether or not they have warrants?

The only way to find out, least in the US, is to call police departments or certain county offices. But almost nobody would want to do that, so why isn't there a way to like send a text or an e-mail or even a letter in the mail saying "hey, something happened involving you and a warrant has been issued, might want to do something about it".

I mean sure, if anyone got that notification, there could be chances that they'd run. But, that's all the more reason to add another charge once they are caught.

Could be small or big.

My answer has always been that, Linux can't handle everything I'd ask out of it that I normally can with Windows. I know the games issue has been progressing far from the days when that used to have been an archaic flaw with Linux for the longest time. Games might not be the issue except for some concerns I have for some games.

I was taking some time a few moments ago, to check if a program called Firestorm Viewer would work on Linux Mint which could've been my distro of choice. And the description written on the linux page described exactly the kind of concerns I'd have for compatibility and usability from going Windows to Linux.

They said that their viewer was tested and designed to function mostly with Ubuntu and while it could work with other distros, it's not to be expected to be smooth.

That's the kind of sentiment and concern I have always had with Linux if I were to go from Windows to it. There are programs and tools on Windows that I have that are used for specific purposes and I know they will not function on Linux. Furthermore, incase anything breaks down, any and all solutions would only be applicable to that thing that would be far easier to solve than just being SOL if I was on Linux.

It is something as a user that I just can't simply afford to deal with on a regular basis if I made the switch.

So while I may not have too much of an issue running games, I won't have too much of an issue using alternatives, I won't have to deal with the Windows ecosystem .etc I will just be running into other walls that would simply make me second guess my decision and make me regret switching to the point where I would dip back into Windows in a hurry.

Just as much as I don't care about Epstein himself. He was a billionaire who, unsurprisingly, had his finger in the child sex trafficking ring or whatever the hell he was doing. Whether or not he killed himself, I'm just glad he is dead at all, one less billionaire crooked piece of shit is a nice checkmark in my book.

And everyone has been clamoring for weeks and months now about these Epstein Files to be released. I know why people want them released, but at the same token, it shouldn't be a shock to anyone that nothing is off the table when it comes to being a crooked criminal when it comes to the higher hierarchy.

I mean, how much evidence do we need as a society, as to how corrupted rich people, politicians, religious figures even are? Look at how they all behave, do you really need these files released so that you can just have yet another confirmation on a mountain of other confirmations as to how corrupt and criminal these people are?

Especially Trump of all people, the guy has not been hiding it since the day his fat-ass sat back in office. He's dodged impeachments, he's dodged numerous times of being jailed, of course he's convicted but what good is that when the fucker never saw any harsh punishment for it?

So no, I don't care about the Epstein Files. I'm annoyed so many people invest all of their time and energy into them so far. When, the clear cut evidence is there about how these people operate and the measures they take to dodge any and all accountability. Why do you yet need another confirmation?

I have a few.

Camera shuttering sounds. I don't need to hear your camera, dude. Yeah I know most porn is produced and exploited but, don't need to hit it home doing this. Here is what I don't get, why not use inexpensive drone cameras to take footage or take shots? Who the fuck needs stupid people doing it?

Cameramen muffled or hearing. I don't need to hear you either. I don't give a fuck if you're enjoying it, just shut the hell up.

Sped-up previews or even sped-up videos because reasons? It just takes me out of the immersion, if there were any to be had.

Exaggerated sounds and moans. "UNNHHH!" "AHHH!!" "HNNN!" "OOOOOO!" slrshrlshlp splsplslspl moist sounds Just fucking mute it. Don't watch porn for audio.

Seeing that guy in a scene. You know, that awkward fucking guy who is part of the scene who just idly stands there just jerking off all like "nhhn yeah hrrr yeah oh so into this" I want a series of porn videos, where it is just beating that guy down.

Okay, okay.

I am going to have to whip out this criticism for anybody that has made these kind of rants.

STOP. FOCUSING. ON. AAA. GAMES!

I'm not kidding, that's your problem and that's anyone else's problem who get sick of gaming as a whole. You keep kicking that can down the street for AAA game development to pander to you, but end up disappointed over and over and over. But you still kept your hand out, you still bought their games at Day 1, you still bought their DLC, you still waited for all and any patchwork. You were still there!

Meanwhile I and several dozen others by now, have been in the pirating game for years before you and anyone else had the guts to finally join in after having your face slapped hundreds of times by this point.

And people have been also telling you for years as to what the better alternatives that was out there were, but nooope! Still stuck to AAA development.

Took you long enough.

For me right now, it's books followed shortly of watching things. And I mean watching things that isn't YouTube. Recently, I've been donating totes of books, books I've spent a long time having thrifted for and waited to get without having to cave to spending online.

And those books just sat there for months and months without being picked up to be read. Even books I wanted! I used to have a 5-shelf bookcase filled with books, another 3 shelf filled with books, a structure compromising of a shoe shelf and TV-stand filled with books. Now after donating things, I am only down to a single three-shelf bookcase just packed up with what books I have decided to remain with me.

As for watching things, I've discarded over 120+ DVDs from my collection, I still have a hefty amount, like I have nearly 5 full disc books filled with discs of a wide variety of movies and shows to watch should I ever not be online or want time off from being online. All just continue to sit there unwatched as I just keep watching YouTube video after YouTube video.

I just think I am coming around to the acceptance that I just will not give myself time to these hobbies and that they're probably dying out, I predict that if I don't do anything in the next couple years should they all sit and gather more dust, I'll just let them all go.

I've been on Reddit since 2015 and I actually had a blast on it, about a year before the inevitable one of many Reddit Meltdowns happened the following year because of the general elections.

And I really loved the communities of Nostalgia, TrueUnpopularOpinions (before it got radicalized), UnpopularOpinions (before that got very samey), Games (before they got ban happy), Gamers (before they got even more ban-happy), AskReddit, YSK, TrueOffMyChest, Rant and a dozen others.

So I was a real talker in those sub-reddits. But I think one of my first of many bans happened was because, it was now 2016 and we started seeing a flourish of bad actors and trolls run around. And they were proficient in gaslighting people, so I became one of them, said a few things, mods got pissy and banned me yet not the person who did the gaslighting.

This would be a trend for the next 8 years. Where I would try to stop engaging trolls, shit would hit the fan, some oversensitive user got uppity on me, trolls came around again and so on. I estimate that I got banned probably about 30 some odd times by now in a near 10 year span.

I would go through so many e-mails and user names that it started to seem like a profile was being made on me because of how many times I tried coming back just to partake in the old communities I could. Reddit was getting worse and worse every attempt.

I think the last true time I was able to talk freely on Reddit was probably some year and a half ago. I tried the whole workaround where you make a new account, build some cheap karma on AskReddit and you'll be good. But that wasn't enough anymore.

Now anytime I would join, I get shadow-banned. I would appeal, but I know better because mods/admins don't give a fuck about appeals. They're righteous in their own way. So while I do have an account on there now that's active, good luck saying anything with it because it's shadow-banned.

The tariffs aren't working in the way this idiot thinks they are, least to the desired effect because he's a braindead fuck. Countries are realizing workarounds so that they don't have to strictly abide by America's tariffs and whatever they feel they don't need from America or ship to America, they can and will live without.

The tariffs are hurting Americans more than anyone else. Dumbass.

NOooOoOoOoOoo. As long as it is still the new shiny toy for techbros and executive-bros to tinker with, it'll continue.

It's actually pretty cool, I remembered something very similar to this but it was from AVGN. It was uploaded, but taken down, of him showcasing the degrading video quality of a VHS, it was exactly something like this. It might've been a home video he did, where he or someone is punching another person while jogging down the street and everytime it played, the quality went down.
