Pretty much all of modern problems can be traced to overpopulation.
Except in theory, you would want your hospitals protected regardless, even if it wasn't a war crime to hide the military there. Because that's where your population is vulnerable and being healed.
Using your own population as shields is just next level. Those are the people you are supposedly fighting to protect in the first place.
In Brazil we have "hot" sushi, which is basically deep fried and it makes the nori taste amazing. Definitely recommend.
I've lost a bit of respect for Bethesda. It's become clear to me that with Starfield they made many very shallow systems in hopes that modders step in and expand on those systems.

Can't speak for OCD, but I have ADHD and can relate to the incessant mental chatter and yes meditation did help. But it's also extremely difficult and I have never been able to maintain a habit. It comes and goes.
My suggestion is to try other mindful activities, for example I got really into whittling. It's a hands on activity and you have something to show afterwards, it's good to lock on your mind/focus.
