If you could make it out of the 90s and early 2000s without an eating disorder as a girl god bless you. I was an early 2000s girl and it was an era of if you can’t see bones you are too fat. You spent most of your formative years learning how little you could eat and still make it through your day.

It has taken a lot for me to actually believe my boyfriend finds me attractive naked I always assumed he just said it to be nice.

My brother is on my account in a different state and neither he nor I have been booted. Hoping we just got missed and they’ll never notice.

I’m in auto insurance my degree has zero to do with it you just need the story about why your history is a good fit and gives you a unique perspective.

I’d recommend honestly just start looking up some people on LinkedIn in the area you have interest in and in a company you think you want and introduce yourself in a message and tell them your interest because what you need to make sure you get into a program is someone to recommend you as an intern. I’ve had people blind reach out to me that I’ve been willing to help out before especially interns because it shows initiative.

From there, as long as someone continues to show drive and that they can understand the work recommendations to hire are there for you.

Not sure your industry, but there’s a much clearer pipeline from corporate intern to offers than government from my experience. I spent a lot of my time early career in government and I ended up wishing I hadn’t because it took so long to hear back on anything and the pay sucked. But I had equivalent jobs available to me outside of the government. If you do as well recommend trying to get another internship in the private sector - I know my company requires us to have a job open you can offer to a successful intern before you can get assigned an intern and we get judged on our conversion metrics.

Lol I guess maybe! My industry isn’t set up that way (I don’t work in retail e-commerce) but that’s obviously the bigger ad targets on social. Retail can definitely track return metrics though.

I think it would be hard to get bots past most sophisticated purchase data tracking, but it depends on what you target for that tracking. Like I know a lot of TikTok marketing is built around understanding you aren’t going to get a lot of click throughs on the ad but it is about building brand awareness. If you are just looking at impressions it is a lot easier for bots to sneak in.

Not really (at least at my company). You pay for the campaign (display this content in this location for these dates) and you track your outcomes (number who viewed the ad, number who clicked, number who shopped, number who purchased). If the number who shopped and purchased and is low you might not be interested in continuing that partnership.

I always recommend based on shop and buy (heavier focus on buy) outcomes so I wouldn’t know bots but they’d need to be able to make purchases.

This made me realize I spend too much of my life reading and writing trash corporate speak because I breezed past most of this as yup, seems normal lol.

Let’s help get this community more active! One of my favorite parts of role playing games are the creative backstories people come up with for their characters. Tell me about your favorite!

I had stopped participating in a lot of subreddits I had been really active in because they just became so large there felt like no point.

Click the share button and save it your home screen it’ll save and operate as an app. It’s a web app just a new build option that makes it easier for something to be accessible in multiple ways.
