In Belgium it’s especially a mess because many of the official websites that “publish” laws are access restricted (e.g. Tor users often denied access).

Browse the websites without Tor

Schleswig-Holstein, one of Germany’s 16 states, on Wednesday confirmed plans to move tens of thousands of systems from Microsoft Windows to Linux. The announcement follows previously established plans to migrate the state government off Microsoft Office in favor of open source LibreOffice.

Let's use the EFTA

The European Economic Area (EEA) was set up in 1994 to extend the EU’s provisions on its internal market to the European Free Trade Area (EFTA) countries. The EEA’s parties are Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Switzerland is a member of EFTA

Home, All, Local. I see lemmy.wtf; feddit.uk; feddit.org; lemmy.world, etc…

What is confusing about Home? The description says "Posts from subscriptions"

I see lemmy.wtf; feddit.uk; feddit.org; lemmy.world, etc…

You mean thet community names have the @instance at the end? It is more confusing than an email address that is [email protected]?

Hello,

Currently also a mod for [email protected] but I do not actively mod there, I’m just a part of decision making when action needs to be taken / rules need changing (head-mod there decided for it to be a democratic process + mostly hands off).

How do you feel about having 4 active communities on the same topic preventing all activity on that topic being visible in one space that can be linked to new joiners (e.g. people on /r/buyfromEU)?

You need to ask mods of the new communities to configure them to only allow their target language.

Most of the communities on jlai.lu only allow French.
