This looks cool, but they seem to have commercialised it quite a bit. They sell a book, retreats, events and so on. Does that affect the quality of the episodes in your opinion?

Make a fair payment model. No classic subscription. But pay per watched minute, and when you hit a certain amount of minutes, every additional minute is free.
