How fit were you before hand? Surely only a month off does not cause this high of a heart rate? Depending on your age you’re not supposed to exceed your max heart rate. It’s like 220 - your age to know your rough max heart rate estimate.

How could it give a reading if it’s on the wrist? All blood pressure readings are done on the upper arm.
