Had a nose job on the 23rd of October. Went back to the gym on the 17th of November. I didn’t think I’d lose much of my aerobic fitness, but boy, was I wrong.

How fit were you before hand? Surely only a month off does not cause this high of a heart rate? Depending on your age you’re not supposed to exceed your max heart rate. It’s like 220 - your age to know your rough max heart rate estimate.
