I changed mine to macos safari. Latest version of both. No delay.

What?! A sensitive social issue was attempting to have society socialize about it on a social network?! Preposterous!

I jest, but it is interesting that fb wouldn't allow these specific ads, when it (fb) allows so many mis- and dis- information ads. But I'm just a Lemming. What do I know?

I agree 100%. I don't like autoreboots, but fully understand why they exist. People, in general, just stopped rebooting regularly. I have disabled autoreboot for a select few PCs in our environment, but I follow up with them within one week after I get notified that their computer updated and they haven't rebooted. Most people in this group reboot within a day or two. I usually have to remind only one person.

Setting up a GPO with WSUS to localhost will disable updates. But please don't do that. As much as I hate updates, they're very important.

After 2025-03-08, we can register it, then download the full clone from WebArchive, and rehost. Pipe dream, I know, but one has to dream.

This has real Dunder Mifflin Local Ad vibes.

I hear WebMD is good for that...

I slightly disagree on one aspect. I have read several studies (relatively short term, but still) about how WFH and Remote Work employees are measurably and significantly more effective and productive than their in-office counterparts. Evidence actually supports remote work.

I use the webpage as a webapp. It's adless.

Are you on Android?

If so: RoMote is pretty good. Here's the releases page for the APK. It's also F-Droid.

I was reading their site after I posted, and saw that. I do love Fedora! It's going on the MacBook. Hopefully the antiquated hardware can handle it smoothly. I've always got antiX lol.

I just received a 2010 MacBook pro, but don't like macos and the 2010 can't support modern Mac. So, Linux. I installed budgie completely forgetting it was snap. I was planning to install LMDE. I've never heard Nobara OS, so will give it a shot first. Thanks!
