You don't have a freedom of speech on Canada. You have a guaranteed freedom of thought, belief and expression... But not a garenteed audience, or the right to force people to listen.
People always use the example of “you have free speech, but you can’t yell ‘fire!’ in a crowded area”.
This should be another example. You have free speech, but you can’t use it to block people from medical services.
Remember during the Vancouver protest, when the protesters blocked an ambulance?

It's sad that such measures are needed because some people want others to suffer.
