I have insertional achilles tendonitis and as part of my rehab, I've had to strengthen calf muscles. Been doing a shit load of calf exercises over the last two months. Seeing my calf muscles have new babies is so satisfying 🫠🫠

There's a tendon rehab exercise I should explain when I'm sober. Else Ebonie Rio is the melbourne researcher, 45s on, 120s off, x3, progressive load/7. I'll be back, prolly tomorrow or this eve after a disko kip.

I'm catching up on sleep, sleep that is not haunted by pain and is restful. I really appreciate being able to sleep on my fave side now too. 😭

That is such good news. Happy sleeping

I have no idea who these larrikins are except the one on the right with sunnies on looks like Cliff Richard or Jerry Harrison.

Phil Taylor, Lemmy Kilmister And Brian Robertson.

Collectively known as Motörhead . Maybe annoy your neighbours again with a sampling of some greatest hits tonight

I've decided to go out tomorrow night for an adventure. It's been a while since I've been out and could do with chatting with randoms. Always a good time.

Sax Man is outside practicing jazz,
(Which is the same as performing jazz),
His rich, chaotic melodies,
Drift lazily to me on my balcony.
I dream of a mahogany and emerald speakeasy,
Topaz lamps illuminating bistro meals and sleezy
Men who talk about doing women and doing crime,
Stone streets, carriages, moments locked in time.
The Sax Man casts his enigmatic poetry,
His rich, chaotic melodies,
Drift lazily to me on my balcony.

That would be nice to listen to today with a cup of coffee sitting by the window.

I'm loving Triple M's tribute to women this arvo. All women singers.
