Shitty company culture goes to the top. Of course Elton would hire people who act like that and he would give not even close to a fuck himself - after all, this is a guy who exposes himself to his personal flight attendants and buys ponies for women he harasses, starts affairs and has children with his employees.

This summary (and the one on the page itself) give a real "I didn't have time to read the document" vibe.
That said, I read just a chunk of it and it sounded reasonably convincing. Alleges a supervisor promised to promote her, and then on a work trip started sexually harassing her, pressuring her into having sex (unprotected) and eventually fathering a child. Says that the company was informed and didn't do anything about it. Also stuff in there about being denied promotions in favor of bringing in men from outside, and being paid less than a man in the same role who was hired a week apart.
I'm not excusing Tesla, and I don't give a shit about Tesla, but I have to say that this is basically every tech company. They are being sued like this constantly, and are usually settling out of court to avoid embarrassment.
In Vietnam it is even worse because they don't sue the company. They just sort of deal with it, or they quit their job. In the best case they get a whole bunch of people to coordinate quitting at the same time.
Woman who crosses freeway is shocked to be hit by car ?
Wow dude. Who hurt you?
That poster is a blatant troll, just look at their name and profile for confirmation.
Why don't you argue against the point they're making rather than whose making it.
It's pretty telling that you assume which person in a story is malicious based solely on their gender.
Not saying there's no bias toward seeing women as victims compared to men (https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2011/jun/07/feminism-domestic-violence-men), but the way you phrase it sounds super misogynist.
So maybe you should reflect on that a bit, if you're serious about getting an actual point across.
The way society views a man reporting sexual abuse should have no bearing on this case. It's irrelevant.
This makes me wonder how many illegitimate children you're responsible for...
