You could prepare content in advance from annas-archive.org into some cloud storage (Google drive, whatever) , and access it from the computer you got access to?

I do try to read in those times, it just can be too hard to focus.
I guess meditation is going to be an useful exercise for you. To learn how to control focus and attention, despite of the noise around you... Helps with the reading, too. :)

I just daydream. It's likely a bad advice for a variety of reasons, but I find it one of the only options when visual or audial input (books, music) is off the table
When I think too much I either get caught in cycles or want to write stuff down. idk whether that's the best option available.

Listen intently. Everything someone says that has anything at all to do with politics and ideology can give you insight into how to educate/radicalize that group of people, while recognizing that only a few will be open to your ideas.
