It seems perfectly normal that a person who "can't" vote is able to be president and would be a testament to the efficacy of the prison rehabilitation process. I'm curious to see what he will do too. There is little by way of administration he can't do this time around, and the only barrier, if he goes full ham, will be the civil unrest.
But it's likely that the changes which will negatively affect people will happen relatively slowly to minimize the unrest, as has always been the case with either party.

We are also in an echo chamber. And we should admit that to avoid becoming like the libs.
But there is a crucial difference: Our echo chamber is directed at empowering people (yeah and memes and stupid shit but you know what I mean) And the liberal, conservative too for that matter, echo chambers are directed at boot licking.
