Work says we're not allowed water on the floor as it's a contamination risk. Okay.

Work also fails to provide us with cups to drink out of the in-warehouse water dispenser.

Work then proceeds to threaten us with write ups because our pick rate sucks...largely do to the fact that we have to go to the canteen (it's a big warehouse) to get water.

• My wrist still hurts from falling off my skateboard at the weekend. Not swollen but very uncomfortable.

• Bin men are on strike. No green bin collections for a month now so the collection of cuttings in the garden are slowly taking over. I'll probably have to do an actual tip run. I hate going to the tip.

• Got Foo Fighters tickets for Manchester yesterday but apparently my brother is going to try to get tickets for London tomorrow. Not sure if I should try to get tickets for London too and then sell the Manchester ones, or just stick to the evening out with my wife as planned.
