A right-wing nonprofit that “offers a free alternative to the dominant left-wing ideology” has announced that Florida has become the first state to approve the organization as an educational vendor.

“This fall in schools across America, students will be watching PragerU videos in their classrooms as states officially make PragerU an approved educational resource,” the group said in a press release, according to the Miami New Times.

This is terrifying. That material doesn't even pretend to be sincerely educational. It's overt propaganda for an extreme right-wing Christian position.

There isn't even anything like it I can think of on the other end of the political spectrum.

At this point "objective reality" is on the other side of the political spectrum, and that's one of the top 10 most depressing things I've ever typed.

I feel bad for these kids. I would like to see the universities step in and say Florida's accreditation isn't worth the paper it's printed on, but that will just hurt the kids. There has to be some sort of consequences at the political level or this will just keep happening. Every month it keeps getting worse. It started with don't say gay then don't say period now this crap.

Prager is allowed by google to spread misinformation. Google is 100% complicit in spreading hate.
