Kinda lost. What exactly happened?
In the nfl, if you are a lineman, you have to report to the refs that you are pinning up as a receiver, which was what #68 did. The refs were also informed before the game about this as well. After he caught the 2-point conversion, the ref threw a flag saying he didn’t report, and didn’t succeed on their next two attempts. This almost certainly because it was the cowboys ring of honor night where they huffed glue from the 90s all night.

No that's exactly what happened. 90's glue huffing was rampant in that game.
