Please refer to Israel as Occupied Palestine, or occupied territories. The IDF is a fascist and ethnonationalist occupying force. Israelis are settlers. We understand however that the imperial narrative (which tries to legitimise Israel) is internalised in the imperial core and slip-ups are naturally expected.
We always take the sides of Palestine and Palestinians and are unapologetic about it. Israel is an occupying power whose "defence force"'s (note the contradiction) sole purpose for existing is to push Palestinians out so they can resettle their rightful land. If you have anything positive to say about Israel we do not care.
The IDF is now admitting that at least 85% of the people they stripped, tortured and paraded around for the world to see were innocent civilians.

At this point, I don't even know why they bother with pretending. We already guessed that most of the people they were detaining were normal civillians. Just say it.
They just go through that cycle for each new fresh hell, soon enough this will be regular because some other impossibly more genocidal act will have occurred, see the progression of hospital bombing
I'm guessing by "affiliated with hamas" they mean doctors and other people who work in/with the political wing, not militants
I don't really care what they mean because i know they're lying anyway. It's safe to assume they have basically zero actual Hamas fighters. If there were any fighters among the prisoners they would know for sure who and how many they were, they wouldn't need to use words like "estimate" and "affiliated".
But yeah for them probably being a doctor and having the audacity to save the lives of innocent people who the IOF dropped bombs on is enough to get you branded as "affiliated with Hamas". Because how dare they interfere with the genocide that the "most moral army in the world" is trying to commit?
I'm willing to bet virtually none of them are actually affiliated with Hamas. Why would Hamas or any of the other fighters be running around amongst civilians? They have tunnel systems to hide in 🤷🏾♂️
