And he wants to call it the "Arc de Trump." Seriously, that's the name.

If he builds it, we should tear it down the moment he's out of office. We should also tear down that abominable ballroom, and replace it with a replica of the original. And Trump should pay for it all, the tear down, replacement, and the original cost for building his ballroom in the first place. He should cover ALL the costs.

All contributors to the original ballroom project should be comprehensively investigated as to their contribution, and any favors the got in return. Any nefarious dealings will be handled with harsh prison sentences for CEOs. In the future, when a corrupt politicians tries to strongarm a CEO into a bribe, the CEO needs to know that he will serve hard time for it.

Then we should pass a law making it illegal to name anything after Trump, with one exception: Sewage Treatment Plants. In the future, when someone passes the local sewage treatment plant, they can say "Trump is stinkier than normal today."

Just imagine if the arch got built and conformed with this administration's standards of quality control...during the ribbon cutting ceremony, just as he snaps the scissors (with smaller than typical handles), a large piece of concrete spontaneously spalls off and lands on him and his entourage. The chunk could be called Trump's Arch Nemesis.

Under the Administrative Procedure Act, you, a citizen, can't challenge an illegal agency action until it's a final agency action.

This came up in the recent supreme court case about the post office ballot crap. It went up first based just on the Trump executive order, and the Supremes said it's too soon. A Trump order is not a final agency action. So then they had to wait for the post office to publish the "final rules", and then it went back up again, and then Supremes said, "okay, this time it is final, and also plainly illegal. lol."

So the game they're playing now in this arch case, is they're going to claim that there is no final agency action right up until the final plans are published, about half an hour before the construction crews move in, and right around 5:00 pm on a holiday weekend.

The arch case judge is really not buying into that plan.

Donnie is in such a rush to try to smear his stupid name and influence all over DC. He knows full well (and even said it) that people won't do any of this for him when he's gone.

    Because he's such an asshole.

Even the dumbasses that worship him now won't give much of a fuck to have tributes to him when he's gone...certainly normal Americans will not.
